If you are interested in reserving a room, please do the following:
- Check room availability
- Email research@datascience.wisc.edu. Your email should include the name and department of the person responsible for the event, the proposed use of the room, the date and time you need the room, an alternate date and time (if possible), and whether or not you will serve food and/or beverages at your meeting.
We ONLY accept reservations for recurring events (such as weekly meetings) from DSI employees and affiliates. This is because our spaces are in demand for instruction, data science training, and events.
Rarely, we will need to give DSI staff or affiliates priority use of a space that has already been booked. If this situation arises, we will notify you well in advance and offer you the use of other available spaces at DSI.
You are responsible for setting up and cleaning up the space you use. If you plan to serve food at your event, you are responsible for all catering arrangements, and you must remove leftovers and all catering items at the end of each day. If you need help with room technology, please let us know when you make your reservation.
