Christopher Endemann

As a facilitator with the Data Science Hub, Chris trains and consults with researchers on how to apply data science and machine learning (ML) tools to their research. He leads a campus ML community of practice that provides a space for both beginners and experienced practitioners to advance their knowledge of ML, share their ML applications, and collaborate on research projects. His research background is in neuroscience, where he spent over five years using machine learning tools (e.g. deep learning, multivariate autoregressive models, clustering algorithms) to extract insights from high-dimensional electrophysiology (ECoG, multielectrode arrays) datasets.
